Tri-Sled Apex Pedal Prix channels all of our racing experience into one very fast HPV! Apex is a highly advanced and lightweight racing trike which has benefited from years of experience on Australian HPV racing tracks. The Tri-Sled racing team has achieved several Australian records while racing a Tri-Sled Apex inside a Sorcerer fairing.

The Apex is suitable for competitive and experienced racing teams. Apex’s quick-release sliding carbon fibre seat improves rider comfort, increases transition speeds and is easy to change at the heat of the moment when every second counts.

The Tri-Sled Apex Pedal Prix features:

  • 9 speed gear system
  • 20”rear wheel, 16” front wheels
  • Front wheel disc brakes with easy wheel removal system
  • Adjustable handle bars for fairing clearance
  • Quick release sliding seat with 250mm of movement

Apex Pedal Prix can be ordered in two different formats:

  • As pictured above including fairing and roll bar mounting points to hold a Tri-Sled Sorcerer fairing.
  • As pictured below with a roll frame and side intrusion rails as per the Fast Back Racing Trike. This enables the trike to be fitted with a nose cone, windscreen and coreflute fairing. Visit the fairings page for further information.

Tri-Sled Apex Racing Trike – High Spec

In response to our customers’ demands for better, faster and lighter machines, we have introduced a top-of-the-line version of our Apex racing model. This trike is fitted with a list of improvements and is even lighter than the Pedal Prix model.

Some of the modifications include:

  • Avid disc brakes
  • Ultegra 10 speed system
  • Custom wheels
  • Lighter seat sliders
  • Carbon chain guards
  • Butted Chromoly frame tubes
  • Kevlar belted tires
  • Stainless front axle system

Like the Pedal Prix version, our High Spec model can be purchased either with or without a roll-bar and side intrusion rails. Customers can also purchase carbon disc wheels as an add-on with either option.
