Pickup from Tri-Sled factory
If you wish to collect your order from the Tri-Sled factory, please select 'PICKUP' from the shipping zone drop-down list during checkout. You will be notified when your order is ready for pickup. Please phone ahead before you pick-up your order to ensure that someone is at the factory.
Shipping carrier
Tri-Sled uses TNT Express to ship all items listed on this site with the exception of chromoly tubing which is shipped using an alternate courier company (see below).
Deliveries are shipped using TNT's road express service and typically take 1-5 working days, depending on your location. TNT's transit times matrix provides you with an estimated delivery time to your address. Each shipment is issued with a tracking number which can be used to track deliveries on TNT's website. Tracking numbers are issued to customers on request.
TNT only delivers to street addresses (not postal boxes). Please ensure that your delivery address is listed as a street address when placing an order. You (or someone else) must be at this address during business hours to receive your TNT delivery. If you are not at your address when you're order is delivered, TNT may hold your order at the nearest TNT depot where you will need to collect it.
Tri-Sled will endeavor to dispatch all orders within 7-14 days following receipt of payment. If your order is expected to take longer than 14 days to dispatch, Tri-Sled will contact you with an expected delivery time. You can also equire about expected delivery times before you order by contacting us via email or phone. For further information, go to the terms page on this site.
The shipping cost is calculated at the completion of your order and is based on the volumetric weight of your order as well as your shipping zone (see above).
Chromoly shipping
Chromoly tubing is shipped using an alternative freight company and freight for chromoly orders must be selected as an individual product from the chromoly category. This freight is calculated independently of any other products you purchase from the site. You don't need to select Chromoly freight if you are picking up your Chromoly from the Tri-SLed factory.
International shipping
International shipping is available but cannot be calcuated on this site. If you wish to place an international order, please contact us to obtain a shipping quote.
